How is adding text different from changing text?
Add Text creates a new box on top of the page. Change Text edits characters already stored in the file. Use Add Text when the page has no editable text where you need it.
Can I fill in a form that has no fillable fields?
Yes. Place a text box over each blank line and type your answer. The download is a flat PDF rather than an interactive form.
Which fonts can I use?
The editor recognises the document's font and matches it with a metric-compatible equivalent, so replacement text keeps the same width and the line does not reflow. Arial, Times New Roman, Courier New, Calibri, and Cambria are matched this way. You can override the choice per text box, along with size, weight, and colour.
Can I move a text box after I type it?
Drag it anywhere on the page, or resize the box to rewrap the words. Nothing is fixed in place until you export.
Will the text be selectable in the downloaded PDF?
