Purchases are for immediate digital delivery. Once payment completes, the download is unlocked and the product has been supplied in full. Payments are therefore non-refundable.
By completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and confirm you are giving up any cancellation period that would otherwise apply to a digital purchase.
Try before you pay
Editing is free and unlimited. Every tool is available before any payment, and your first export costs nothing.
That free export exists so you can confirm the result is what you want before you buy. We expect you to use it. Because evaluation is free and complete, we do not offer refunds on the basis that the output was not what you expected.
The narrow exceptions
We will review a refund only in these situations: you were charged more than once for the same purchase; you were charged without authorising the payment; or a tool failed in a way we can reproduce, we could not fix it, and you did not receive a usable file.
Requests must reach support within 7 days of the charge and must include the order reference. Outside those situations and that window, purchases are not refundable.
What is not a refundable reason
Changing your mind, buying the wrong plan, forgetting to cancel a renewal, no longer needing the document, or dissatisfaction with a font substitution or layout result you could have seen in the free export.
Every tool listed on the site works. Each one states what it does before you buy, and the free export lets you see the result on your own document first.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
Part-used periods are not refunded or pro-rated, and a renewal that has already been charged is not reversed. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Contact us before your bank
If something is wrong with a charge, contact support first with the order reference. We respond to every billing message and can resolve most issues quickly.
Raising a chargeback without contacting us first prevents us from helping and may result in the account being closed and access withdrawn.
