Why Make Creati
Built to keep document work clear
One workspace for the file, the change, and the finished result — with the next step always visible.
Service agreement
Page 1 of 3 · editing textCover pages can be skipped
Numbering will be able to start on page 3 while still counting from 1, which suits reports with a cover and a contents page.
Consistent placement
The chosen corner or footer position will be applied across the range, including pages that are turned to landscape.
Numbers stay searchable
Stamped numbers will be text rather than images, so a reader can search for a page reference and print it cleanly.
What you can expect
Clear commitments, not claims
Your files stay yours
Documents are scoped to your account and tied to the project that created them. You choose when a file is shared or removed.
Costs shown before you pay
Self-serve work and quoted work are separated clearly. You see what a request costs before anything is charged.
Honest about limits
We say what a tool does and does not do. Make Creati is for documents you own or are authorized to modify.
Draft content notice. A competitor page would show customer testimonials here. Make Creati has no published reviews yet, so this section states verifiable commitments instead. Swap it for real, attributed reviews once they exist — see docs/PAGE-SPECS.md.
Frequently asked questions
Can numbering start on a page other than the first?
Yes, that is part of the plan. You will set both the first page to stamp and the number it begins with.
What number formats will be supported?
Plain digits, Page X, and X of Y are planned, with Roman numerals under consideration for front matter.
Will existing page numbers be replaced?
No. Numbers printed into the original artwork stay where they are, so check for them before adding a second set.
Should I number before or after merging?
Merge first, then number the combined document. That way the sequence runs straight through instead of restarting at each section.
Can the numbers be removed later?
Stamped text becomes part of the page. Keep a copy from before the stamp if you expect to renumber the document.
Is there something I can use now?
Use the page-numbers button in the editor toolbar. Numbers are added as text boxes, so any one of them can still be moved or restyled afterwards.
